I would highly recommend Melissa as she is exceptionally good at what she does,is highly professional and has many years of experience in the field which were all key factors for me after loosing my brows to the effects of cancer treatments,it was really important for me to find the right person to help me get my eyebrows back. I felt Melissa really listens and explains the process very clearly. I finally have my face back and it has given me such a lift and the bonus is not having to draw my brows on every day. Having previously had my brows tattooed elsewhere a few years ago, they had faded to an awful colour and badly shaped. I had been following Melissa for some time on Instagram watching her regular posts on work she was doing. After a couple of emails, I booked in with her and am so thrilled with what she has done. I can't stress how happy I am with my eyebrow results. I had a significant droop to the right side of my brow and Melissa evened up my brows by taking precise measurements of my face. My brows look very natural and Melissa gave excellent advice when choosing a colour to suit my skin tone. She gave great advice and instructions prior to the appointment and regarding aftercare. From the moment I step into the reception room everything was layer out for me to start my procedure numbing my eyebrows. Then Melissa welcome me and took me to her room of expertise. Melissa explained each part she was doing and always ask how I was feeling though out the whole thing.
